Senior Researcher

Lucy is responsible for ensuring that everything we do at Barker Langham is underpinned by robust research.

Prior to joining Barker Langham, Lucy was an Assistant to the Council for British Archaeology and a Parliamentary Researcher to the former Liberal Democrat spokesperson for the Arts and Heritage. This gave her a strong insight into the political issues associated with British cultural heritage and museums. Lucy has also been the Public Affairs Officer at the British Library and the Environmental Industries Commission.

She has a PhD in Palaeolithic Archaeology from the University of Durham and a Masters with Distinction in Early Hominid Studies from the University of Liverpool. Lucy is an Associate Lecturer on the Heritage Studies course at the Open University.
