Aisha Shaheed BA MA

Practice Manager

Aisha ensures the smooth running of the Barker Langham office, keeping us all on track with our projects and looking after everything from accounts to HR. In addition to office management, she is responsible for updating and implementing our company policies.

Before joining Barker Langham, Aisha worked in the field of international human rights and gender, specialising in research, advocacy, project management and communications. Her writing on women’s history has been published in Telling Stories to Change the World (2008), The Veil (2008), and Great Ancestors (2011), and her spoken word productions have been performed in Canada in community theatre and on national radio. She enjoys volunteering in the health and human rights sectors.

She has a BA Hons in History and Cinema Studies and an MA in History from McGill University, Canada.
